Maynards was opened in 2008 and operates as a “culinary collective.”
The Bottle Shop opened in 2024 to showcase wine and lunch offerings.

Two dining spots in one! The restaurant showcases four top chefs and the flavors they can bring to the table together. Maynards certainly lives up to Tucson’s “City of Gastronomy” designation and serves upscale comfort food with something for everyone while maintaining the highest quality ingredients. Guests can expect a special experience as they dine in the stylish yet comfortable dining room with views of the herb garden, the patio, and the trains coming and going in the distance.

The Market & Bottle Shop showcases light bites, charcuterie boards, and drinks in a casual lunch atmosphere. Try favorites like Pinsa pizza, fondue, amazing charcuterie boards, and some of the best soups and sandwiches in town.
