Cantaloupe Gazpacho Recipe

1 cantaloupe
1/4 red onion
1/2 cucumber, seeded & peeled
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 cup orange juice
3 tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1 tbsp fresh dill

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve chilled.
