Guest Chef Series – Italy Meets AZ 

We have invited Simona Fabrizio, an Italian chef from Orvieto, to join Executive Chef Brian Smith in the kitchen to create a menu that shines a light on delicious Italian food created with local Sonoran ingredients. During her trip to Tucson, we will immerse chef Simona in our culture and tour her to quintessential Tucson gems that showcase why our city has been named a UNESCO City of Gastronomy.

Join us on September 10th for this exquisite six-course dinner that reflects the passion that ignites from local Sonoran ingredients. This dinner event has been created in partnership with the College of Social & Behavioral Sciences and Slow Foods.
